Being a Mommy is awesome, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything…but at the end of the day, my real name is not Mommy. And my real life involves more than just my kids…which is best for them, necessary for my husband, and absolutely required for me!
But it’s so easy to get bogged down in the everyday boring stuff of life. Endless meal prep, constant battles against clutter, and a never ending list of things left undone. Top it all off with the ever changing recommendations on what our kids should eat, learn, watch, do…it’s enough to make any Mama cry in frustration.
And at the end of the day, we still can’t help but wonder if we’re doing a good enough job for our families.
I feel ya. I’m a Mama of 5 (going on 6!), so I totally get it.
But if there’s anything I’ve learned over the years, my new Mama friend, it’s that you NEED to find a way amidst the mess of life to feed your brain…and your creativity…in order to survive and thrive through this season of motherhood.
It’s just soooo hard to find the time!
Did I mention that I also homeschool my kids? I totally know how hard it is to find “spare” time…
But when we do something together, it becomes much easier, doesn’t it?
So come along with me on this journey through motherhood! Together, we’ll explore, experiment, and learn interesting things!
(Bonus points when those interesting things also help us cut through the overwhelm related to health and nutrition, and help us to make the best decisions for our family. Multitasking for the win!!)
I just know we’re going to be besties 😊
Because in the end, you want to be the best Mama that you can be. Same with me.
So let’s start a Tribe together…a “Mommy Plus More” tribe. You get the benefits of my background as a Registered Nurse, Masters in Psychology, and General All-Around Information Collector. (…I’m pretty sure that’s an official title…somewhere…)
And I get to benefit from the type of creativity and input that only you can contribute to this world: through your questions, your comments, and your curiosity.
So wake up the “not Mommy” part of your brain, and let’s get started! Together we’re going to rock this Motherhood thing. Without losing ourselves in the process 😘
Love ya!
