Brownie Batter Dip

With no added sugar and ALL whole food ingredients, this recipe is so nutritious you could let your kids eat it for breakfast. Just don't tell anybody what the secret ingredient is before tasting...but once they dip their apple slice, they'll be hooked!

  • 1.5 can Black Beans Can you believe the secret ingredient??
  • 1 cup Date paste*
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter can substitute for any other nut or seed butter
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Oats
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract**
  • Apples, sliced


  • Place all ingredients in the food processor. (Alternatively, place all ingredients in a large bowl).
  • Purée for several minutes, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides, until dip has a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Serve with apple slices, or simply eat it with a spoon!
